"I am an E-S in the Navy. My transfer date is coming up on the 20th of December. At Thanksgiving I weighed 220 lbs and had a body fat percentage of 30%. My command was not going to transfer me. I came in on the 1st of December. I had lost some weight on a strict diet of vegetables, but not any inches. That's what important in the Navy's eyes.
