The M’Lis Company return policy is 30-day replacement or credit guarantee on all products. The product must be returned to us in re-sellable condition. (Meaning no damage, scuff marks or other types of labels.) Beyond the 30-day time frame, herbs can be returned, but there is a 35% restocking fee. Any creams or lotions can’t be returned beyond the 30-day time period. You will need to pay for all shipping charges. You must call before you send anything back, to make sure that the product is returnable. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-548-0569. If a customer returns something to you, you must return the unused portion of the product to us with a letter explaining the circumstances. We will then replace the same product to you. We do not issue credit towards other items on client returns – we only replace the same item.
One of our primary goals in the continued enhancement of our product line is to provide the best possible service and support to our diverse clients—the professionals that use our products on a daily basis. We rely on our distributors to fulfill critical sales and service functions central to client satisfaction and continued success.
Over the years, clients have had great success with those providers who have met with the client as a health consultant to see how M’lis could fit into their life & benefit their health. The M’lis Company receives far fewer complaints from those who have been working with a personal consultant and have been put on a lifestyle program than those who simply purchased the products off of the Internet.
We believe Internet distribution of our product greatly reduces the benefit of having a health consultant. Some Internet resellers are not committed to the provisions of one-on-one service. Also, Internet distribution by some has had a negative impact on many of our distributors, especially Elite Feature Accounts, in making continued investments necessary to provide valuable, one-on-one service to their clients. We also believe that Internet price advertising detracts from the brand image M’lis is attempting to solidify with respect to our product line.
After careful review of data gathered from several sources, M’lis has decided to institute the following Policy related to Internet advertising:
M’lis may at any time modify, suspend or discontinue this Policy, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
